Truly outstanding attention to detail ! Looked at every nook and cranny and then offered very helpful recommendations on how to fix those items. Matt also included a list of local tradespeople that he personally recommended - very helpful.
Most thorough inspection I have seen. Very helpful in explaining everything in detail about what’s in the report and why. Because of Mikes quality inspection we were able to see just how poor of shape a house we wanted was in. This was the straw that broke the camels back and we were able to cancel our contract saving us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. We are definitely going to use them again on the next house we look at.
