Matt's services were very easy to schedule. I met Matt at the residence and he took his time to personally walk me around the house and not only show me his findings but teach me insights. Matt went so far as to even offer me an extension of his services after the purchase and home renovation. I had questions after reading the very comprehensive report and his got back to me within minutes for clarifications. Very friendly , very knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I connect with.

I was able to get an appointment for the wind mitigation the next day. Matt Hawley who did the inspection arrived early. He was friendly and courteous and to the point. The inspection was conducted quickly but throughly. I definitely would recommend him and his company again.

Most thorough inspection I have seen. Very helpful in explaining everything in detail about what’s in the report and why. Because of Mikes quality inspection we were able to see just how poor of shape a house we wanted was in. This was the straw that broke the camels back and we were able to cancel our contract saving us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. We are definitely going to use them again on the next house we look at.
